Teaching is no different from an ordinary job.  It needs patience, system and perseverance.  The value of hardwork, honesty, sincerity make teaching a successful job.  Successful teachers have found teaching an enjoyable job.  Indeed it is….

           

            There can be no better task to teach children and see them grow and flowers to mankind.  It is not an easy job but it can be made easy too. 

            The following are reminders to us.

1. Learn to love your job and understand it.
2. Share cooperatively with other teachers in school or district.

1. Be engaged with school activities and community projects.

1. Make your classroom conducive to learning.

1. Be punctual and regular in attendance.

1. Take suggestions positively.

1. Have the best you can each day.

1. Live each day as if it were the first day and live as if it were the last.

1.  Be friendly with co-workers, parents and other people.

1. Lastly, consider pupils as the centre of the educative process.

Now dear teachers, try to evaluate yourself.  As a teacher, “Do you deserve to carry the zeal of a human moulder and keep it forever?”
