Situation in teaching need to make decisions.

            In school the teachers are faced with different situations where in one has to think what to do and how to handle it. Faced with situations like students problem like bullying. Teachers don’t easily give up to a situation. He has to handle it himself without talking the principal. To him small suggestion for the child may work. This is a decision making situation, there are numerous minimal decision but goner situation would require pensive thinking so that the teacher will arrive a correct decision.

            When a goner problem is presented for a solution sometimes the committee will make a unanimous decision. Sometimes it is a consensus. This happens when one or two are disagreeing but the greater number wins the decision. In doing this there should be no or less dissatisfaction or else the decision is not good. It creates a greater problem. It should function to solve the greater good of any problem. It should have exhausted all alternative and should follow a procedure agreed upon the group. This can also apply to teacher organization problems.
