Many parents especially those who are in the middle class and high profile are sending their children to private schools and universities believing the concept that private schools give more quality education than public schools do. But, the truth is, no matter where they enroll their children to be educated. It is not the school but the teacher has the great role and is one of the factors in achieving quality education.
Teachers in the private schools exert more effort than the teachers in the public schools do, because they are evaluated through their performance. They can be terminated if their performance has not reached the performance level set by the school. But there are also teachers in the public schools who exert effort just like the teachers do in the private schools. They both do their best and work hand-on-hand to meet the goals in achieving quality education. They give their best to their work, thinking that they are not teaching to earn a living but they are teaching for the Glory of God.
“ Train up the child in the way he should go,
Even when he is old he will not depart from it.”
Proverbs 22:6
