The teacher’s role is very important to realize the end of the educative process – that is to achieve maximum learning on the part of the pupils. He has many duties as the facilitator of the teaching learning process. He acts as the manager who takes control of every activity inside the classroom. He also acts as the guidance counsellor who guides everyone when something goes wrong.

Above all things, he needs to make the learning process easy for the students. He should provide activities suitable for the kinds of learners he has.  But most importantly, the teacher should make all the students do every learning task he is going to assign to them.

Amazingly, teachers are capable of having students follow and perform the work he provides them.

It is because a teacher is also a great leader. He follows the principles and philosophies he wants the students to follow. It definitely shows that in order to be a leader, you should be a good follower. A teacher should serve as role model of what he likes the students to impersonate. Moreover, he is leader of stewardship. He dives off the gorge with the students so that they will be able to take the plunge themselves one day.

Learning is achieved easily by the students because a great leader lives there inside the classroom to guide them.  This leader is a teacher who shows how to cross a bridge accompanies his students to cross the bridge and one day; let them cross the bridge by alone. It only shows that in every teacher resides a good leader.
