The TLC with LOVE project, initiated by Master Teacher Mary Ann A. Pacheco, aims to help low-performing Grade 10 learners by fostering collaboration between teachers and high-performing learners, extending education into the community. The project proposal was crafted by Jayremiah C. Gallardo, endorsed by Science Head Teacher Mary Grace V. Vinzon, and approved by Principal Dr. Alma V. Poblete. The project received support from Barangay officials, including Captain Evelyn T. Yuzon and Committee Chair Ma. Luisa R. Panganiban, who facilitated logistics and venue arrangements. The project’s focus is on both academic support for struggling students and enhancing collaboration within the community.

Teachers guided small group interactions, focusing on challenging science topics. The session was a success, improving students’ understanding, promoting peer collaboration, and strengthening the relationship between the school and Barangay Tenejero.
Second Grading Period Implementation (November 21, 2024):
The second period focused on Physics concepts, including electromagnetism and the behavior of light. The approach included question-and-answer activities, peer analysis, and teacher-led discussions. Students were able to review concepts and work collaboratively, reinforcing their learning with the help of high-performing peers.
Third Grading Period Implementation (February 5, 2025):
This period focused on Biology topics such as the nervous and endocrine systems, genetics, and biodiversity. Students took a teacher-made exam, followed by peer-assisted reviews and a teacher-led clarification session, deepening their understanding of complex biological concepts. The involvement of Barangay officials continued to strengthen the community-school connection.
Fourth Grading Period Review (March 12, 2025):
This session reviewed Chemistry topics like chemical equations, types of reactions, and gas laws. The event provided interactive discussions and hands-on exercises to reinforce learners’ knowledge. The session was well-received, demonstrating the success of the localized, collaborative approach to education.
