In the present day, the field of education is no exemption in receiving feedback most especially from stakeholders. It is inevitable to be faced with words that co om those people in the school community.

But teachers should not take these feedbacks negatively but instead treat them as constructive criticisms that would challenge one’s ability and lead to further improvements.

We all know for a fact that being open to suggestions and criticisms is a part of an individual’s life it is something that will help you rectify yourself if ever there is something not amenable to others transpired.

Teachers must be strong enough that in the present age much expectations are being looked for from them that is why they must be strong and open enough to  discuss the suggestions and criticisms whether coming from the superior, peers, parents and other stakeholder for the benefit of the child.

There are instances that misunderstandings may occur but despite of these, an open-minded teacher is facing them with a big smile and open heart. The fact is ealing with them politely and with harmony would much prove your patience and stability as an educator who has a broad understanding of human nature.

It’s about time that we deal with school suggestions and criticisms with much bigger acceptance and with critical thinking that these suggestions and criticisms are only for the good.

Just keep it in mind that a teacher is an epitome of openness to other brilliant ideas. Remember, a teacher can turn an undesirable situation into something positive.
