Dealing with the 21st century learners, they are more and more integrated to technology. The creations of new gadgets like laptops and tablets, and the easy access to new and improved phones have driven the teachers to recruit and enhance their skills to  advances changes in innovation as well. The urgent and wide implementation of  technological advances for teachers has shaped the new way we conduct our lessons in different ways and strategies to present it in our classes.

The knowledge is processed and taught using technology is very important because of the pandemic.. Teacher technology provides them an  opportunities for learning and teaching that were impossible in the past or simply called the traditional way.. It is used as a tool to promote individual learning, not just calculators, but including Smart Boards, tablets (iPads), video and other gadgets. 

Teachers think that using  technology as an innovation for change has a great and positive impact in the learning process in this kind of modality, online, hybrid and modular. The big impact of the technology today has influenced us, teachers and completely changed how we teach our learners and how they learned from us while using technology in our lesson.  

Teacher-technology, a project made for teachers with advance technologies techniques and different modern apparatus that makes the lessons more quality. This helps the teachers to learn more and to make different strategies in using it.  It also helps the teachers and students to become more creative in making their report, presentation, projects or assignments because of technologies that aids them in doing it. It aids as educators in a new way of innovations.
