Whenever we hear the word teachers we most often than not expect so much to those individuals. We refer them as persons with lots of valuable knowledge, high integrity, molder of characters, and whose influence is credible enough for their systematic effort to teach. With these too much expectations and responsibilities teachers are pressured that they sadly become burden to their undertakings in their very own life that affect their organization’s performance. We sometimes must be reminded that teachers are also human who needs to take some time to relax and enjoy life without pressures and expectations. Take some space to bring out the best of their interest to grow as human, to have life out of schools and classrooms and to forgive as sinners for he is a God’s creation who is not perfect but human.
