Classroom is an ideal place like home, Likewise a teacher is the image of a mother in the classroom. Most children nowadays were influenced well enough by the teachers, sometimes when parent tutors their children at home and their child think that it’s not the way their teacher taught them their child would say, “but Ma’am said its like this,”etc…that shows how greatly child’s personality influenced by educators.

                Teaching is a noble profession, the phrase maybe cliché but it is a phrase that best describes a teacher. And a teacher possesses an image of a mother. They play a vital role in inculcating the moral and ethical values in our learners. Strategies friendly and healthy relationship with the learners, befriending them and becoming the source of their inspirations are only a few roles our children should receive from you. You have to win their hearts and guide them in their journey not only in academic aspects but also in their journey in life. It is indeed creates a healthy environment for you if you become a part of their world. But of course being a teacher you are facing a huge audience, you need to interact with a large number of students so you need to make sure, again just like a mother that you are treating your children equally.

                In classroom, cultivation of an innocent mind occurs, a delicate minds usually describes as sponge as it absorbs every detail a teacher instructed. But teachers function is not bounded by imparting knowledge to her pupils. There are many aspects to consider, there are discipline to be followed to be able to produce not simply an intelligent child but a well mannered child as well.

                So in answering the question, why should a teacher be a mother-like in the school? The answer is simply because mother knows best and you only want the best for you children.
