Instructions will be effective if teachers or mentors are effective. It is because the

teacher serves as the key person who helps the pupils or the students to acquire knowledge,

skills, values, and attitudes for them to become productive and useful citizens of the country.

So in this fast changing and modern world, teachers need to adapt with the unprecedented

development in the field of Information Technology.

            In the hands of the teacher lies the attainment of quality education, that’s why he or

 she must have the desire for personal and professional growth. To improve oneself, there

must be a continuing effort of improving the methods and techniques that he or she is using

 in teaching. The use of computers and modern gadgets around can be of great help to

facilitate learning. In this way, the teaching learning condition in the class will be interesting

and fruitful.

            The teacher’s attitude greatly affects his teaching performance – the educator’s

attitude today must be focus on creativity, progressiveness, adjustment and excellence so that

his or her teaching style will be successful.
