I am very sure that you have heard the terms, Intelligent Quotient,         Emotional Quotient and Spiritual Quotient. Spiritual Intelligence is a term used by some philosophers, psychologists, and developmental theorists to indicatespiritual parallels with IQ (Intelligent Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient).

      Spirituality exists in the hearts and minds of men and women everywhere, within religious traditions and independently of tradition. There are some current definitions of spirituality –it involves the highest levels of any of the developmental lines for example, cognitive, moral, emotional, emotional and interpersonal;- spirituality is itself a separate developmental line.-Spirituality is an attitude (such as openness to love) at any stage; and –Spirituality involves peak experience,not stages.

      An integral perspective presumably includes include all these  different views, and others as well.

          A teacher can develop spiritual intelligence, since it is one of several types of intelligence and that it can be developed relatively and independently, Spirit6ual intelligence calls for multiple ways of knowing and  

for the integration of the inner life of mind and spirit with the outer life of work in the world. It can be cultivated through questing, inquiry, and practice. Sp[iritual experiences may also contribute in the development,depending on the context and means of integration.. Spiritual maturity is expressed through wisdom and compassionate action in the world. Spiritual intelligence is necessary for discernment in making spiritual choices that contribute to psychological well-being and overall healthy spiritual development.

     A teacher with a high level of Spiritual intelligence can provide guidelines for living from a soul level and attaining self-fulfillment in both one’s w3ork and private life.. A teacher should be a guide, philosopher and friend to the students. As such the teacher inevitably becomes a role model to the students.

       It is in the elementary stage that a child starts inculcating and forming his own value systems.

      Only a teacher with a high spiritual intelligence in herself can motivate and develop good personalities.

      So teachers review your spiritual intelligence.
