The accessibility of good communication in any endeavor, particularly in education, will always result into a productive undertaking. Nowadays, man has to keep abreast with the system that provides essential information in various technologies manipulated by computers. This prepares him for a degree or Qualification that allows him to focus on the chart of his academic preferences to meet his basic needs that would later give him a chance to enter a job market; and to better enhance his ability of securing a good and high paying job with the use of his multi-media skills. Meanwhile, it has been reported that public schools would be given computers to be used for the following purposes: • To allow schools to accomplish reports, memos service records and other related office works easier and faster; • To make reports that are more impressive and expressive because of the help of graphical feastures; • To make figures properly aligned unlike typewriters which take a long time to process typing work; and • To give captivating presentations during seminars, symposia, and conferences. Lastly, communication through internet enhances global awareness that leads to socio-economic relationships and ultimately to word peace and understanding.
