Researches over the last 30 years do indicate that teachers and schools do make a difference in transforming the lives of pupils. Teacher behaviors and teaching methods consistently relate to pupil achievement.

     Teachers and schools make a difference in transforming the lives of pupils. A school is an institution that develop the pupils into well-rounded individuals because it is where teachers equip them with intellectual, spiritual, physical, mental and moral knowledge they need to grow and transform their lives for good.

     Remember that a teacher can make or break a pupil. Teachers as educators are the trusted individuals who help shape the future of the pupils. Positive behaviors in teaching such as love for work, dedication, commitment and concern for the pupil’s needs, together with the use of effective teaching methods and strategies will uplift pupil’s performance and achievement.

     Teachers are not only facilitators of informations, they are also angels of love and concern. When pupil’s minds are full of knowledge and their hearts are filled with love, then transformation of life begins.
