A teacher has the following responsibilities to their pupils.

  1. Develop study habits among pupils.
  2. Develop a good personality.
  3. Teach them and lead activities needed for preparation.
  4. Conduct orientation and lectures.
  5. Develop their traits.

Teachers should be friendly.  Pupils are encouraged to tell about their own experience on people whom they know.  They have to leave the room much wiser, friendlier and better prepared to face problems.  People or human beings need help.  The teachers will treat problems encountered by the pupils and have to be assisted to make choices and self-adjustment to their needs and interest.  Guidance should be child-centered and should provide not only child direction but for long term guidance.
