                Teaching is the most important and noblest profession in the world. Teachers are the one who develops children, community, society, family and ultimately in the nation building.

 

                Today with this very challenging world, in any school or institution, everything primarily depends on the teachers in terms of academic excellence. Education is one of the greatest aspects of excellence. It is very essential for anything. The functions played by teachers become very important as they are said to be our nation builders.

 

                The role of teachers has become very demanding. It is necessary for teachers to be sociable, serious, understanding, and friendly in nature so that their students can approach them especially those timid ones. It is very important for teachers to supervise their students closely to address the individual needs of these children.

 

                A pleasant and desirable teacher in fact becomes a role model for students. Students tend to take as their teacher in almost every way. Teachers can greatly influence their students. They also guide their students of what they want to be in the future.

 

                Teachers are said to be “The Heroes of Today”. Teachers get out of their way and their budget just to provide the needs of their students. They devote their time and energy to educate their students.  Teachers build the heroes of tomorrow. Without today there will be no tomorrow. Without teachers there will be no heroes that will help build our nation.
