According to Merriam Webster teaching is a job or profession of a teacher, it is also process of passing the ideas and beliefs to someone. Passing of knowledge to the students are very tough profession, it needs lots of hard works, effort and patience in the part of the teachers. Teacher is like a light in the dark room that is needed to see the things around us where the room represents the environment, we are enlightened by our teacher to know what are going on in our environments and to fulfill our dreams. They are also our mother where we are in the school not only teaching us but giving us care and advice when we needed it. But some think teaching is an easy job that needs little effort and time.

Now, teaching is facing a serious problem because of the implementation of Enhanced Basic Educational System of 2013 or the Senior High School.  Before the implementation happens many questions are playing in the minds of the teachers like rooms, books and teaching materials that is needed to be able to teaches the students, it is also a big problem to their co-workers  that  do not want to adapt  the changes happen on our educational system. But our teachers are very creative, confident and ready to these changes because of their unity and effort, before the implementation happens they conducts seminars and workshops so that the teachers that are teaching the kindergarten and the  two new grades are able to teach it with full knowledge and skills. But not only their co-workers are needed to ready in these changes they need also to ready the parents and the students that will encounter this. Due to their influence and skill this transition become smooth both the teachers, parents and students are adapt this changes and now they are facing it with full force.   

Not only the transition in educational system are the problems facing by our teachers many documentaries featuring them, because of their passion and love to this profession they need to sacrifice and separate to their families for a long period of time, walk many miles, climb mountains and to swim in the rivers just to go to their respected schools to teach their students. And because of these sacrifices they give large hope to the students that they are teaching.

Many sacrifices are needed to fulfill this profession like time, family bonding, and rest but because of the love of our teachers to this profession and to their students that they are handling this is nothing to them. We need to salute them for their effort to established quality education and provide competitive citizen here and around the globe and because of them many become successful in their chosen career.
