We all know for a fact that teaching is one of the hardest professions in the world yet it is the most fulfilling one. One cannot stay in this job for a long time if the monetary reward is just the only goal. One has to have a heart to perform its noble reason.
Teaching from the heart is a magical phrase which connotes a profound meaning and embellishes the passion for the profession leading to its consideration as a vocation. Furthermore, this intensifies the ardent interest to educate the hearts and soul of the youth, making them as quality students soaring greater heights in their education.
A teacher must initially accept the responsibility bestowed on him/her. He/she should think that this job entails a lot of responsibilities but these are for the benefits of the learners not of themselves. The teachers should altruistically serve each individual in the teaching-learning process augmenting their intellectual, moral, psychosocial, affective and physical aspects to make them as better persons.
Also, teaching from the heart is accepting individual differences. We cannot deny that we are unique in our own special way. Same with the learners, they possess various abilities, traits and characteristics which should be enhanced by the teacher. The teacher using the heart as the instrument to deal with the learners should understand and be able to adjust oneself to various situations in the teaching-learning process.
As a loving teacher, you need to be more resourceful, creative and dynamic in teaching. For all you know, the learner will be more inspired and motivated once the teacher is elevating the level of education. The student will feel and see your efforts on how you define yourself as an educator. The student will certainly trace your motives upon seeing your actions and hearing your words. Students are fond on teachers who are hard working for the students believe that those teachers who teach them well love them the most.
Not all the times, the students are doing right. There are times that they make petty mistakes. A teacher using the heart as the tool to understand and deal with them assures better corrections and for sure transforms the students into better persons. It seems that the teacher serves as adviser teaching real life situations and dealings.
The heart is so powerful and conscientious. A teacher must not only utilize his/her brilliant mind in teaching but also use the heart to achieve greatness. Caring and loving while teaching would comprise a great formula in serving the youth.
A teacher whether a new or a veteran in the profession will be able to enjoy and find zest in teaching once he/she treats everyone from the heart. The loving organ of our body is the magical instrument in serving our educational clientele and stimulating them to achieve better interest in education or in their studies.
Let teaching be the way to touch the lives of others and inspire them to do their utmost best in their undertakings in the school which is the place where not only education is found but also love and care from the teachers. Truly, the best!
