Teachers indeed can be detected in the modern times.  They are, but the teachers who keep working moulding the future despites great  discrepancies among students and among generations.

  

     Teachers precisely enjoy  teaching  despite challenges whatever  is  the curriculum and whoever is the  Deped Secretary.  It is because teaching is teachers’ life  and  inspiration,  not simply because it  is as  what  they  say, our bread and butter.

     We as teachers  in  the  present  times who deal  with  this  generation of  millennial learners do the necessary  adjustment with  the changes  in the  curriculum  and the fast  changes with  the times.  We can  easily cope  and  hit  the  barriers  along  the  way .  We are  so much resourceful   and  creative to  do  the  work.

     The millennial  learners, we  are  dealing  with  at  present  are the same  young  human  being  we deal  with  few  decades ago.  The  only differences  are  the  products  and  effects of  modern  technology  with the  teaching- learning  situation  in  every  class.  For  every  situation, it is up to  the teacher, how  to handle  and  to manage  with  an  assurance  that in  every  hour  of  teaching  and  learning situation, there  is  an effective  and  efficient  teaching  and  a  quality  learning  as  well.
