Just recently a lot of outstanding changes transpired in the field of Philippine education.  Being an educator myself, I noticed these remarkable reforms that I believe are for the good.

The emergence of the computer technology has dramatically brought innovations in education.  Because of this the teachers were able to prepare their lessons by just encoding them and have them printed out.  Furthermore, the conventional charts and visual aids were replaced by power point presentations and video clips that are more enticing interactive devices to the learners.

Moreover, the wonder of internet makes it easier for the teacher and learners to research various facts and information which are essential for further learning.  This supplements the usual books existing in school.  In addition, the utilization of computer is much accessible now-a-days because one of the primary objectives of the Department of Education is to provide computer literacy among its respondents.

The teachers’ reports and varied forms like the enrollment report, promotions and among others are now constructed and transmitted by using the modern technology.  It is much convenient and easier on the part of the teacher because the long and difficult moments in doing such things are now being done with a minimum of time.  Also, they are made more accurate and more presentable than the traditional ones.

The computation grades are no longer tedious because you can have it easily in Excel.  This is much accurate and convenient that the traditional one.  Simply, you just indicate the formula and encode the scores, then the result can be automatically derived.

Added to the mentioned above, there are other documents that are planned to be made easier on the part of the teachers and these changes are very constructive meaning they are helping the educational system be improved and enhanced.

The modernization that is now being implemented in the field of education only proves that we are moving forward and we are getting better.  These constructive changes will work for the welfare of the teachers and learners.

Thanks the modern technology because the work is made even better!
