Nowadays, technology has been brought our daily living to a new level. It made our lives easier and lighter without any hassle. Without noticing, we became dependent on it.

In terms of teaching, technology has a big role in education. With the help of it, effective teaching can be done because it offers powerful, interesting and a new way of providing knowledge to students.

And in order to achieve this, a teacher must have the capability of operating and integrating the tools effectively. In this way a teacher is no longer the center of attention. On the other hand, they play an important role in as a facilitator and guide the information to lead the students on what to believe and what is not.

Technology inside the classroom allow the students to be more active with the opportunity of communication in information. In doing so, the students are likely to become more observant and motivate themselves to use their critical thinking effectively.

Therefore, the teacher’s role is not merely focus on textbooks but they can also refer to internet to make it more fun and exciting like turning the boring lectures into an interesting one with the use of power point together with some moving animation.

These are only few of some benefits that we get from technology applying inside the classroom. If each school apply this kind of innovation of teaching, students will no longer feel the boredom and just wanted to learn. Technology has been a vast opportunity that we must grab and use wisely.
