Beyond the Classroom The use of digital technologies in education has become even more institutionalized in the wake of the recent COVID-19 Pandemic. Technology has evolved as a means of disseminating knowledge and is the main impetus behind educational innovations. There are several instruments that are primarily thought of in terms of technology-assisted learning, such as mobile Adevices, computers, tablets, and laptops, which have changed education at institutions like schools. The physical borders of “traditional classroom” were being profoundly altered by modern technologies, embarking in a new era with its own unique experience.
Every institution, including schools, should have a sustainable development agenda that prioritizes providing students with a high-quality education. It seeks to provide all students with inclusive, equitable, and high-quality education. To ensure that education would continue after the COVID-19 pandemic, educational institutions had to quickly shift to remote and online learning approaches. The entire educational system has undergone a paradigm shift because of these digital technologies. It has been demonstrated that one of the most economical ways to educate developing minds is through the Internet. Additionally, it is a strong system for including a top-notch strategy in every student’s brand-new learning experience. Additionally, the internet makes it possible for students to have individualized learning experiences that cater to their requirements and tastes. It was a good approach for kids to learn quickly using the internet and their gadgets as a basis in this new era of educational experiences. Social media platforms are a great resource to develop connections and starting social activities, in addition to enabling learning and information sharing anywhere, anytime. It is essential to fund programs that guarantee all kids have equitable access to technology and digital materials if we want to fully grasp the educational benefits of the internet.
As a result, technology in education serves as more than just a tool; it also serves as a catalyst for sustainable growth, encouraging inclusive and effective educational experiences.
