There’s an edge which runs this way, “One of the wonders of teaching is watching how caterpillars become butterflies.” This means that the students are like caterpillars, whowill undergo metamorphosis and thereafter will turn into full grown butterflies or full grown individuals.
The teachers are in direct contact with their students every day so it is better for them to establish rapport with the latter toward their realization of their goals in teaching. We can’t deny the fact that the most of the time we feel sorry not accomplishing our objectives because of some misbe4reoOikuiuiii8haved students in our class. To be guided accordingly,
- The students are the most important persons in the school.
- The students dependent on us, our reputation is dependent on them.
- The students are not an interruption of our work, they are our work.
- The students don’t do us a favour. When they ask for our help, we are not doing them a favour but serving them;
- The students are not someone to argue with but someone to comfort and educate;
- The students are parts of our business, not an outsider;
- The students are not cold statistics, they are flesh and blood human beings with feelings and emotions like our own;
- The students deserve the most affectionate concern we can give them; and
- The students are persons, who bring us their, so it is our duty to justify their faith in us;
- Remember always, if people do not want to be educated there would be no need for any school.
