The child as the center of the educative process is the primary concern of us teachers, parents, community members and stakeholders.

Our primary goal is for the total development of our learners.  Different innovations in the curriculum has been made, different topics has been revisited, to make sure that the department will come up with a curriculum that will answer the needs of the learners of today who can compete globally and be able to adapt  with the world of work.

The implementation K to 12 curriculum marks a new hope for us in the academe. With the possibilities it offers, we are assured of the great future for our children.  The Department and the government worked hand in hand in providing all the needs for the successful implementation of the program, be it material, machinery, or human resources.

Different training and seminars have been conducted, ensuring that the 21st century learners will have 21st century teachers also.  And now…it is in the hands of us, administrators, the challenge is given to us….are we ready to sustain and can we able to give the needs of our 21st century teachers???

It is not enough that the department equipped our teachers with the needed training and skills to augment the needs of our learners….but it is our role, to give supervisory support and needed assistance to our teachers, making it sure that their commitment, dedication, skills and knowledge are enough to provide opportunities for our pupils to learn. We must ask ourselves….are we ready to become a 21st century administrator??? Can we commit to continuously upgrade ourselves, our skills, our knowledge, and be open to all the changes and possibilities that may come along our way during the implementation of the K to 12 Curriculum?

Our commitment and dedication as administrators will very significant in the successful implementation of the program.  So let’s all be ready to improve our Information, media and technology skills, learning and innovation skills, communication skills, and life career skills.  We must show at all times that we are multi skilled, flexible, critical thinker, with high emotional quotient and a life long learner.  Transpiring all these skills among our teachers, parents, will surely inspire them to support and eventually love the K to 12 curriculum.

In this way, we will be able show, that we administrators are also 21st century principal….always ready to provide the needs  of our 21st century teachers….that will cater and provide opportunities for our 21st century pupils.
