In our generation today education plays a vital role in man’s life most especially to the youth. Educating the mind of an individual is one of the hardest task that teacher can give and offer. Everyone has the right to achieve and attain quality education. As the time goes by there were lots of changes happened. There were some practices also that people did not apply and use nowadays. But in our modern times teachers have hard times in imparting knowledge to their learners. There are lots of factors that really affect why those learners are not that eager and willing to learn. Their focus is more on playing computer games and gadget. As facilitators of learning of this century, teachers should also have knowledge in using those hi tech gadgets. They can use them in presenting and discussing lessons with these learners that can be motivated and encouraged them to study well. They should also be innovative, creative and resourceful as well to provide quality education. They should also find ways to explore and enrich their full potentials as teachers. They should also provide innovations to achieve quality and better learning. They should face the challenges to promote advancement and provide competitive learners and individuals.

Do not totally set aside the traditional style of teaching but instead enrich them. Use other techniques and strategies that learners can master and learn the everyday skills and objectives. The 21st century teachers can offer as they can as long as they do their duties and obligations very well. The attainment of every individual would be possible through their encouragement and motivation. Their dedication and capacity to inspire people can be a greatest contribution in the community or society.
