For so many years, the improvement of cyber technology has been dramatically so speedy. The emergence of the different gadgets and different cyber applications has invaded the life of every individual in the modern world. These changes continuously evolve because of the benefits they have brought life.

In the present time, the proliferation of the cyber technology has greatly benefited the field of education. With the use of computers, the work of administrators and teachers becomes much easier. They can record documents in a more useful presentation for a longer period of time without using large amount of time, money, space and effort. It also provides a very helpful tool in the field of communication. They can send and receive information as fast as possible without travelling from one place to another. With the wealth of information provided by different websites in the internet, pupils can easily search and browse the information with ease without spending so much time reading the card catalogues inside the wide library to get the answers in their assignments and reports. Moreover, teachers now make use of computers and other products of cyber technology as effective tools in teaching their lessons.

With these transformations in the teaching process and the teaching environment technology has made, a great challenge is posted among the teachers. Today, our country begins to identify technology as a very important factor to achieve quality education. Education Secretary Jesli Lapus recently called on education officials not to resist change and instead optimize the power of technology to make quality education accessible to as many learners anytime, anywhere. Lapus said that more than the limited resources, the resistance to change is the main obstacle in taking full advantage of technology in Philippine education. “Our fear for change prevents us from moving forward. It limits us to the same solutions—solutions that have not given us the desired output we so desperately need at this critical hour,” Lapus noted. (http://www.opensciencebox.org/node/188)

To answer this challenge, teachers should at least become updated by learning how to navigate each product of technology and use every application that is installed in it. Little by little, they must learn to incorporate the digital space in the field of teaching. They must equip themselves in attending trainings that will make them more knowledgeable in exploring the world of technology today.
