Nowadays, each student has the ability to carry a global library on the device in his or her own way, they taught the role of physical libraries becomes less important, not a place to a new resources or one which create significance from them. The 21st century library should provide a warm and welcoming common space that encourages adventure, creation, and collaboration between students, teachers, and a broader community. It generate together the best of the physical and digital to create learning hubs. Eventually, libraries will continue to inspire students to explore and construct new knowledge and meaning from the world around them. As a school with 21st Century Learners a school library must discover our learners capacity and an environment for “collaboration and knowledge construction” through printed materials and books which still play a critical role in supporting learners, but digital technologies offer additional pathways to learning and content acquisition. Learners on the other hand need a library not just simply for access but hopefully, they require a place that encourages participatory learning and allows for co-construction of understanding from a variety of sources. My experience and observation being a librarian denotes the role of the 21st century libraries that will meet the needs of teachers and learners, constructed a flexible space with innovative design and high-tech facilities or an audio visual where moveable chairs, desks, and even bookshelves can be seen. In other words, instead of being an archive, libraries are must become a learning commons and we must need an extra effort to achieve a 21st century library.
