Bullying is one of the major problems that affect hundreds or even millions of   students emotionally and physically, Because teachers, parents/guardians and other adults don’t always see bullying scenarios, they may not understand how extreme bullying can get. More than that, how it will damage the total personality of the person being bullied. Bullying is the use of force, threat, or coercion to abuse, intimidate or aggressively to impose domination over others. The behavior is alarming since negative effects will eventually make the victim suffer in so many aspects of his life .. One essential prerequisite is the perception, by the bully or by others, of an imbalance of social or physical power. Behaviors used to assert such domination can include verbal harassment or threat, physical assault or coercion, and such acts may be directed repeatedly towards particular targets. Justifications and rationalizations for such behavior sometimes include differences of class, race, religion, gender, sexuality, appearance, behavior, or ability. If bullying is done by a group, it is called mobbing. The target of bullying is sometimes referred to as a “victim”.

Bullying is when an individual is picked on over and over again by an individual or group with more power, either in terms of physical strength or social standing. There are so many factors why this problem happens and repeatedly   committed by bullies but two of the main reasons why people are bullied are because of appearance and social status.

Bullying in school and the workplace is also referred to as peer abuse.A bullying culture can develop in any context in which human beings interact with each other. This includes school, family, the workplace, home, and neighborhoods. Today cases of bullying are alarming because more and more teens are being victimized and it is sometimes difficult to control   for the fact that the victims choose to become silent of everything they experience in the hands of bullies. Cases are also getting more serious that these may result to a lifetime trauma.
