Creator  of  a thoughtful learning environment that promotes and support  higher-order  thinking and  a classroom climate that nurtures thinking beyond the levels of recall and translation, as well as an environment in which more complex thinking can occur.

Organizer of classroom study and courses around thoughtful questions Makes innovative changes and focuses on something other than memorization of

contents.  Encourages independent thinking  through the use of divergent strategies in solving problems. Makes the teaching-learning process more credible, convincing, meaningful, and interesting.

Originator of precise, thoughtful language rather than vague terminology or generalizations

Promoter of higher order thinking skills through questioning, structuring, responding and   

modeling
