Elders always say this statement “Kapag may tiyaga, may nilaga.” To the youngsters to thrive and reach their dreams. We know that this statement is already a legend. What is the meaning of this famous phrase by the way? In English, this ‘kasabihan’ means if we will work hard, we will achieve agood result or what other called ‘fruit of our labour’. Example; if we study hard and review our lessons, will pass our exams. If we didn’t work hard, nothing will happen to us. We cannot contribute good help to others, hence we will be a burden to the society.
