Reading is a basic skill for any student no matter what level she is. In the new curriculum of K to 12 the very basic skill needed to be developed. This is a tool that is needed in all subjects. If you don’t know how to decode printed words you cannot get the meaning the words stand for.

            It is very important skill in communication, it is not only speaking. Understanding what you decode of the printed symbols. We should as teachers do our efforts to help pupils recognize words, speak the word and use them accordingly. Reading is not verbatim pronouncing the words. It is analyzing what it means, how it is articulated so that the correct meanings taken into.

            Teaching reading follows some basic steps towards word recognition. It is not repletion alone. It is understanding what the word stand. It shows relationship among words so that we learn to interpret their meaning as teachers let us give time and effort to help our pupils to read because this is a very important skill.

            When we learn the right way to read we make them dream. Their dreams become their inspiration. Their inspiration bring them success in the future.
