Everyone is thinking why teaching is one of the most in demand professions in the world today. It seems that being a teacher is one of the greatest dreams of the young generation of people. It`s magnetic power attracts the interest and attention most especially those who are willing to share their knowledge and skills and those who are eager to serve altruistically.
The teaching profession is more on giving service to the youth. It is the way of molding and shaping the mind, character and spirit of the individual to achieve excellence and goodness within oneself. It is the most heroic vocation that one can avail for it will help sharpen and direct humanity to the fullest development and progress.
Teaching is much fun and enjoyable if you are performing it with zest and happiness. It is like loving what you are doing and you are not doing it for yourself but for others. In this undertaking, you are not only enriching the minds of the learners but also touching their lives and making them better.
A teacher is always there to facilitate and guide the students. In doing these functions the teacher thinks that the learners should benefit from what are being taught and implemented. The joy in doing things for the sake of others is very important to the teacher.
The people around see the efforts and sacrifices of the teachers. The good thing is that these are well-appreciated. The learners, parents and stakeholders are glad to recognize teachers for they consider them as blessings from heaven. This good perception is truly fulfilling to the teachers.
Within the community, the teachers are well-revered. The respect being given to a teacher is priceless. The overflowing joy is emanating from the teachers once the community appreciates their brilliance and value.
The teaching profession is full of positivity. The optimism is evident. That is why a lot of the young people would like to be in this heroic job. The joy of teaching is much valuable than any other material things.
In teaching we are sharing what we have at the same time enjoying what we do. There is happiness…joy…gladness…in teaching. That is why it is the best!
