Being in the Department of Education is such a great honor.  It is one of the well-respected agencies in the country. That is why a lot of people are dreaming to be in this agency.

Service.  It is nice to work if within yourself you are really willing to serve.  Helping out people in various reasons and ways could be a noble task and rewarding.  As a DepEd employee you really feel happy if you are truly serving.

People.  Meeting people from all walks of life is really exciting.   It is nice if you are dealing with different people and attending to their respective needs.  Smiling on them and asking their concerns are true fulfilling.

Events.  There are events wherein you are exposed when you are working in this agency.  These are significant events wherein you are joining your fellow workers for a common goal. Having united with them is overwhelming and truly boosts your morale as a person.

Improvement. If you are working in DepEd for sure you will achieve improvement.  In this agency you are being developed and enhanced professionally.  DepEd leads you to be a worthy and productive individual.

Honor.  As mentioned, it is an honor to be in DepEd because you will attain pride and will gain respect from others because you are in a prestigious institution.  You are indeed in the best place if you are in DepEd.

Service, people, events, improvement and honor will lead to having joy in your job most especially if you are in the Department of Education.
