They say that a self-centered life is totally empty. This actually pertains to being selfish. Some people are reaching far with an ultimate goal of improving for the sake of his own, not minding the people around. To some extent, being selfish may mean harm to others and this would definitely not make us truly happy.

To be a teacher is to live life with selflessness not selfishness. It is always the students which should be the center of our objectives. When we know that another depends on us, we are spared the despair of living for ourselves alone. That is why teaching is the noblest profession. Teachers are directed in being their best but forgetting their selves in uplifting their precious priority- the students.

The life of a teacher is like answering a call from God. The call to serve without hesitations and without conditions. Once we are a teacher, our life forever is focused in living for others.

Remember: It is when we forget ourselves that we do things that are most likely to be remembered.
