The teacher’s role is very important to realize the end of the teaching – learning process. She plays many duties inside the classroom.  She serves as the facilitator of class discussion. She is a manager who takes control of all learning activities. She also acts as the guidance counselor who guides her pupils when they do something wrong.

Above all things, she has to make the learning process easy for her pupils. She should provide activities suitable for the kinds of learners she has.  But most importantly, the teacher should make all the pupils cooperate in every learning task she assigns to them. Amazingly, teachers are capable of having students follow and do the work she gives them behind the differences among her pupils. It is because a teacher also possesses the qualities of being leader. She follows the principles and philosophies she wants her pupils to follow. It only shows that in order to be a leader, you should be a good follower. A teacher should serve as role model of what she likes the pupils to impersonate. Moreover, she is leader of stewardship. She takes the plunge with her pupils so that they will be able to dive off the cliff themselves one day.

.           Learning can be achieved easily by the pupils if a great leader lives there inside the classroom to guide them – a teacher-leaders who exhibit best practice, professional growth, and “heart”. (http://www.corwin.com/upm-data/11324_Merideth) This leader is a teacher who shows how to cross a bridge, accompanies his students to cross the bridge and one day; let them cross the bridge alone. It just shows that nowadays there is a need for teachers who possess the characteristics of being a great leader.
