Bullying is an International Act. The child who bullies want to harm the victim or he or she has the desire to harm. It is no accident (Source:Education.com).

It is alarming that the number of children who intends to harm to others grows in a large scale. As teachers it is a part of our duty and responsibility to take part on this issue. Teachers need to work as mediator they cannot take sides. Every coin has two faces. There always two sides of the story.

It is no doubt that the fault is on the bully, because of his or her desire to harm or to do something wrong to his fellow student, but we should also consider the fact that in every action there is a reason. A pushing force for him to act as such. Problems or his past experiences and even relationships with parents make cause such actions.

Counseling works both ways,to the victims,it helps them cope with the traumatic experiences. And as fot the bully it teaches them to realized that all people are equal in basic rights and basic needs.

Today the Department Of Education has made their stand against violence and bullying. Education Secretary Armin Luistro signed the memorandum No. 08 series of 2014 that directs the officials of all the elementary and highschool to submit a school-based child protection policy and anti-bullying policies.

This will not only protect those of the bullied children but also those bullies in a way that they will be repremended and be corrected so that they could have the chance to be a better version of themselves.
