The age of computer thought brings forth the advances in education it is also the downfall of the unadulterated learning. In the midst of all the chaos and the in order of today’s system, it is especially hard to focus on what is important.

Learning is something most students mistaken for ‘going to school’, but the truth is that there are tons of difference between the two. Going to school is an act of attending the place were in one should be learning, while ‘learning’ is absorbing, understanding and applying what is thought.

It is easy to come to school every day and just sit there doing nothing, it is learning that can be a challenge especially for the youth of this generation. With so much destruction around them that can steal their attention away studying. From family matters to love life to social media, name it they have it all. That is why students should be thought the importance of having a good study habit. By following concrete steps for studying it creates a harmonious system in which the brain can function at its fullest.

Study habit is not one size fits all kind of thing, in order for it to work it should be customized for the person’s mindset and ability. Everyone is their own brand of learning, so the first step should be;

Know your own mind.

There are different types of learners but all can be generalized in to two categories, the Introvert and the Extrovert. Introverts are learners that are more inclined to self-stimulus; they’re the people who prefer a quite more intimate learning setting. To them too much interaction can be distracting and chaotic. While Extroverts on the other hand are the exact opposite; they are the type of learners that thrives in inter-social learning and outside stimulus. They learn better through active participation.

When you figure out what kind of learner you are you can definitely formulate a study pattern that sooths you. After that try finding new ways to excite yourself in terms of studying, never let studying be just a forced task that you are compelled to do just for the sake of passing. Always make learning enjoyable. By doing so you’ll find yourself breezing past academic obstacles with a smile rather than a frown etched on your face, that is then that you will know that you indeed Learned.
