Teaching is challenging yet it is totally beautiful, wonderful and amazing. Teaching is more than just a job. It’s a calling to a divine task. Nobody can compensate the amount of work done by good teachers. It requires difficulties and willingness to sacrifice in order to achieve excellence.

Although no one in teaching profession ever got rich, there are many intangible returns that are worth than money. As Dewey stated, “If we teach today’s students as we taught yesterday’s, we rob them of tomorrow.” Teachers have to be lifelong learners who relish the chance to grow and evolve. Good teachers always ensure that they are open to learning new things and improving their teaching ability. They wish to grow and continue to make teaching meaningful and engaging.
