Principal empowerment is technically defined as the authority given to the school administrators in discharging management function. It demotes that the principal may be empowered to:
1. Handle their schools´ MOOE.
2. Modify the particular DepEd. Order to allow him to engage I fund generation
schemes through the PTA/PTCA.
3. Allow him to buy their own supplies and materials.
Aside from these, the principals are given the option:
