Every teacher has many role to portrait in dealing with their students as they face them everytime they are teaching. What is very much important is how they deliver their masterpiece

He is a Facilitator:The teacher’s purpose is to welcome learners to learn. The best teachers make learning very inviting. Open his  class with a learning environment that is safe and conducive to learning. Several  routines and procedures that create and support an atmosphere for learning. He  probeskids minds through effective questioning, they are facilitating. He takes into consideration a child’s prior knowledge, and uses it to build on a students skills they are facilitating.

 

He is a  Coach: He  does not except excuses. He only wants you to win therefore strategizes and works with a student’s strengths and also works to minimize weaknesses.

 

He is a Guide: So many students are very talented and smart. However with so much going on in their lives they constantly need redirecting when it comes to learning. He  help them move down the right path to achieve success.

 

He is an Encourager: He has  the same role as his parents . He  can plea with the hearts of children when he care and have a heart to discern their needs, and when they need to hear kind words to help them along we should be there. Often times kids do not know they can do better. He let his pupils feel that if others can, they can too.

 

He is a Model/Example: He is Leading by example is always the way to be because you cannot preach if you don’t have it.

 

And so many roles of an effective teacher. And to sum it up , You are an effective teacher if you can CHANGE your pupils into a better person.
