The dream to contribute to the success of any enterprise need our personal strength of character. How can we become a good employee if not a model or the best.  As an individual, it is important that we have qualities to be exemplary. No matter how lowly is our position in any office, yet we can set an example for honesty. This little trait of coming to work at the right time and going home without any hurry. Honesty comes also our responsibility of not pilfering small things like pen, paper clip and the like. Not getting any of these for personal use display a sense of honesty. It is important that each day we can do things on time, keep things in place and maintain orderliness in our place at work.

                We should also display personal cleanliness when we go to work which is not limited to physical tidiness but more so what we can extend to fill our hearts and minds. If we are clean of heart and mind definitely we can do in all goodness to our duty and to people around us. Necessary that we form the habit to keep the things after we use and be ready to get it again when needed.

                Remember when at work we need to shift our focus from our own concerns but much more on the needs of our clients. We should be alert to see what we can do for their favors.  Let be our life of service to others from an ordinary word of compliment said and done to others. These costs nothing but can mean a lot difference. In every endeavour, at work it is important that we tone down our self-egoism to the lowest possible of self- interest. It should be other’s preference that would count most and should prevail not ours. To care of our deeds when doing our duty will surely be a virtue that will yield personal happiness.
