After the two-month break and the fun of summer outings, the opening of classes for 2018 is in the air. Does going back to school will stir as much excitement as the vacation welcome did two months ago?

            Going back to school is not only exciting, it is also interesting. The chance to again meet good old friends and former teachers is another welcome experience to look out for. More than that, the opportunity to meet new classmates and new teachers adds up to another level of friendship and acquaintances. The opening of classes and to be included in the 2018 roll call marks another milestone not only for student learners but for the teachers as well.

            As much as possible, instead of looking at it with reservation and shade of doubt it is better to take it with positivity in mind. Amidst the social media glitz, it will feel much better to share about the escapades of summer actual meet-ups. Not only it is real, but much more it is animated. Actual and personal meetings with friends after a summer break are new experience that adds up to the joy of getting back to school. On top of it, the promise of new learning, character building, and personal development are more that perks to be considered in being there in the opening of classes.

            In preparation, it is important to have a mind-set that will be expecting the bright side of the pursuit of excellence and gain of knowledge to begin it with. When one is inspired, the initiative to continue with studies will make up more than the excuses of wanting it. Anyway, it is about investing one’s own time for a better future. Let us also remember that in every end is a brand new beginning. So let us all welcome the challenges of the school year 2018.

            Be prepared, rise, stand up and be counted, school time is on once again and welcome it with a cheerful smile.
