Report Management is undauntedly another responsibility of an administration in any agency whether public or private. It is highly essential because it provides a systematic guide in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling agency functions.

            The main objective of report management is to come up with simplification, condensation and standardization of information desired in order to furnish management with the data needed in decision-making.

            Report, however, is any account or statement of operation or condition in narrative, statistical, or graphics form for presentation by an office.

            The essential characteristics of a good report can be summed up in an acronym “REAL”.

            Relevant- to be meaningful and important, a report must include only the facts/date needed.

            Efficiently planned- the report should be organization-wise, decision-wise or office-wise.

            Accurate- it must be exact, based on actual surveys. Studies, observations and scientific findings.

             Laudable- it must be worthy for approval and commendable.

            Conclusively, any school administrator must be develop the true mechanics and report management because it will redound to a successful school management.
