What do we mean by this?

We should empower our students correctly. We shouldn’t focus on the intelligence, but on the processes that our students bravely undergo to pass their subjects. We should praise students based on their efforts of trying to achieve their goals,  not only if they achieved them. That way,  it will create an “I can do it” mindset that will enable students to push themselves to make more efforts even if they fail at their first tries.

Failing students is an evident problem of the school. However, our appreciation for the student’s efforts will inspire them to do more. After all, we are the models and molders of our youth. Our

job does not end in simply sharing our knowledge to our students but also by inspiring them. We should take this opportunity as a chance to create an image of a “teacher hero.”  An educator who does not only teach but also inspires dreams and goals.
