Literacy and basic skills are important results in education. Together with this teachers should be school records keeper. Most parents predicament in the failure of the teacher and the school administrator to comply request of school records. Sometimes it is due to calamity. However it is still school personnel to up keep records. We must have correct and proper records disposition. This means teachers are able to comply stakeholders request at all times. It means a well-kept arranged records to school the progress of the child. It will also show the teacher responsibility towards the pupils. It is true with grading system, guidance forum, conferences and anecdotal recording. An up to date record can show that teachers play the very important role of guidance, teaching a monitoring.

            The success of this activity is the religious day to day awareness of the teacher towards the needs of the pupils. It should not be taken for granted to keep records in order to be able to guide both the teacher and pupils. It is also for future visibility after school and the pupils.
