English is said to be the language of the world that is why it is very essential for the learners to learn it.  This international medium is the key for global understanding for it connects many nations around the globe.

 

On the part of the teacher, English is very important because this is the medium used in order to instruct various subject areas.  Moreover, the being proficient in English shows that a teacher is a true professional and educated.  Furthermore, if a teacher is well-versed in the use of the English language this could be considered as one of his skills and an edge from among others.

 

On the part of the student, English is very significant because he will be able to use this language in his search for truth and facts.  Most documents whether in books or internet, these are all expressed in the English language.

 

They say that English is the second language of the Filipinos, that is why we have to learn how to value this expression.  Being articulate or conversant makes a difference being you easily be abreast with everything like in the field of education and others.

 

Being an educated man, we have to master another language aside from our own.  Evidently, English is the other one that we have to give focus on.  We truly love our national language but we have to learn more languages like English.

 

The value of English in our lives is obvious that it will make us to become more productive as speakers and as writers using the said language.
