It is indeed, a reality that they have so much work in their hands and time management can unload the work burden they encounter in their daily functions as teachers.
Here are some tips in time management:
1. Plan on papers – anything that is unwritten is not a plan. It is only an ideas. If you write it down, you have a better chance of properly developing and executing your tasks.
2. Create a work center – being organized saves you time. Clutter is your no. 1 enemy. Make sure your work space is free from distraction and arrange it properly so you can automatically shift to work mode when you are free.
3. Plan for the unplanned – never schedule your works without allotting time for last minute emergencies that can ruin your whole schedule. Flexibility to accommodate unplanned events essential.
4. Plan to plan-find time to reflect on what you have accomplished.
5. Learn to delegate and say no-do only what you can do. Delegate task that can be delegated and be sure you can say no when you know you can’t afford to spend time doing task for others.
6. Overcome your tendency to procrastinate- Procrastinate ruins your entire schedule.
Observe these tips and teachers like you can be free from loaded problems and concerns.
