Bullying … a usual situation inside our home and school community.Is it really a bothering situation for parents and teachers?
Here are some tips to handle them;
- Develop a positive rules in the classroom and home.
What are your rules in the classroom and home?Is It friendly or strict.Do our children have the rights to speak and tell their sides?
- Use optimistic approach,so positive points will be remembered or learn by our children
Are you okay? How do you today? Is there something you want to share with me,I’m ready to listen.You can trust me.
- Use a mother-like/father-like approach when talking to them.
How are you being a mother-like or father-like?do you show care,love and affection?oR you frequently say do this,do that .I’m older than I know what is best. Talking in a well-mannered ,modulated voice touches the soul of our child.
- Share them a listening heart and touching hands.
- Never get tired of understanding why they are ended that way,maybe you are the best solutions to change them .
Understanding is a long engagement of trust and respect and even love. Finding the reason why our children behave that way,try to understand their side first.Little by little you will find the reason behind and you will be surprised you are the solver of the problem.
