Today, everyone uses mobile devices as the norm for technology. With the aid of the mobile device, it will be possible to complete the formative and summative assessment evaluation, even across a large number of modules, in a relatively short amount of time. The EvalBee program was created to assist teachers in building multiple choice question exam templates and to instantly generate test reports by scanning answer sheets with a phone camera.
On May 29, 2023, Araling Panlipunan teachers from Olongapo City National High School arranged a training workshop to properly understand the program’s features. Mr. Roldan C. Rabo and Ms. Joana Marie B. Reblando led the training, which was overseen by Department Head VI, Dr. Nita V. Mago, with full support from Principal IV, Dr. Roderick A. Tadeo.
The training workshop is part of Ms. Amor Laya Andrade’s approved project, SLAC on Low-Cost ICT Integration in Class Assessment. The project aims to have up to date knowledge in preparing low-cost ICT instructional materials, prompt in checking and analyzing test results and inspire participants to use Information and Communication Technology in teaching and learning.
For the final output of the training, the teachers are requested to submit a copy of analysis generated through the EvalBee application.
