Pfizer, Moderna, Sinovacc, Aztra, these are some of the vaccine brands that made from different countries for protection against COVID19.
COVID19 is a deadly virus that took million of lives from all over the world and still fatal until this moment.
As I remembered it correctly, we were at the other school practicing with our different sports in preparation for the upcoming big event the CLRAA. Our EPS in Mapeh gathered us and talked to us about the not so good situation. We were ordered to returned in our respective schools and meet our pupils to give the final exam for the end of school year. We returned to our school and meet our pupils. Had the scheduled for the final exam. That was Thursday, before I was going home I dropped by to the supermarket and I was shocked because the supermarket was full of people panic buying. Was so scary, I was only there to buy a bottle of alcohol. A part from that my daughter called me telling to buy groceries tha will last for a month or so because according to some people that the president will order a total lockdown. I grabbed some can goods and other stuffs just for a week or so because I don’t have that big money to buy groceries good for a month after that I went home. That night I was watching news and waiting for the announcement of the president and it was none. The next day Friday I come to school with my pupils like an ordinary day. Before we go home they planned to have a short party, each one of them will bring foods and I promised them that I will bring their favorite salad. So at exactly 5pm we all went out. Again before I go home I dropped by again to the grocery store to buy bottle of alcohol and saw the supermarket was even scary. So I grabbed more can goods and most of it were sardines and tuna. I went home and again watched the news. Covid19 was all over the news. Counties affected and all. I was thinking of my paperworks I left my paperworks in my classroom. My principal told us to cover the things that can be wet because the whole school will have a general sanitation on Saturday at 8am. I was so restless because what if the news will come true that the president will order a total lockdown. Cannot leave the house, no transportation, malls everything will be close. So I woke up very early to get my paperworks before the sanitizing team arrive. Sunday was ok, then on Monday March 15, 2019 the president announced the bad news that the COVID19 was already entered the country and severely spreading fast. So the president ordered the total lockdown in the Philippines and all over the world. So many people died in and out of the country. So the government ordered to wear facemask and always have a sanitizing lotion or alcohol and frequently washing hands from time to time. The whole world stop because of the deadly virus. Covid19 took many lives even the frontliners. Was really sad and scary. Because of these fatal virus vaccine was born, scientist from across the world was working to stop the spread of the virus. Now the question is to vaccine or not to be vaccine? The brand Sinovacc rejected by many because it is made from China. Personally speaking even I don’t like the idea to be vaccinate by Sinovacc because Covid19 was originally created from China. Make sense right? Famous brands are Pfizer made from the U.S and Moderna from the company Johnson and Johnson and Astrazenica from UK. I was hoping I can have the Pfizer brand but because of the availavility and limited supplies I agreed to be vaccinated by Sinovacc. The reason why I made up my mind was I thought of that these vaccines will not be out from the market if it wasn’t safe. Again make sense, right? The lesson that I realized was we should grab whatever brand of vaccines we have because in that way we can prevent of getting infected from the deadly virus. We should be thankful because vaccines are available and its for free. But having vaccinated doesn’t mean that we are safe, there is always a possibility that we can acquire the virus. We should always take the necessary protocol which are the wearing of facemasks and sanitizing lotion or alcohol with us when we go out. If I will ask u “Are you agree to be vaccinated and what brand?
