“Not all of us called to be leaders, and when God calls us to be leader, let us be like him.” This statement struck an emotional chord with me, it’s not that easy to discover a leader in today’s world who genuinely cares about the welfare of their followers. To be quite frank, there are a lot of leaders in organizations who lack compassion and empathy for the people who work for them, often known as employees. There is a leader that failed to understand the needs, concerns, or perspectives of their constituents, and as a result, they did not address the underlying problems that are developing. In addition, some of the leaders are not demonstrating true concern for the well-being and joy of their employees or team, which results in a detrimental perception among the workers that they are undervalued and not given sufficient support. In point of fact, not all of us are called to be leaders; so, when God does grant us the calling, we ought to be like Him in fulfilling the needs of other individuals. We need to demonstrate that we are driven by desire to lead, and we need to support them in an authentic manner.            In addition to that, a good leader  is  showing her compassion via the work that she is performing. A great leader is a transformational leader who does not simply concentrate on how to assign tasks to his or her employees, but a transformational leader is the one who will help her followers go through the process of change, a change that will greatly influence the people she serves in a favorable manner. A transformational leader is a person who will help her followers go through the process of change, a change that will greatly impact her constituents in a positive manner. In addition to this, they are a type of leader who can motivate and inspire others who follow them to achieve extraordinary outcomes as well as personal and professional development. Transformational leaders are individuals who have a clear vision for the future and can convey that vision in a way that captivates and energizes people who are around them.            Furthermore, to this, the principles of shepherding make up another excellent one. In order to effectively lead people, we must constantly show that we know our employees, particularly their wants and needs. The following one is to ensure that they will always be feed by the love that they deserve by providing them with the knowledge, the wisdom, the love, and the care that they need. In addition to this, we need to lead, and direct them in the correct path, particularly regarding the things that they are doing. Lastly, we have an obligation to protect them at all costs. We ought to be their allies rather than their foes who will inevitably stab them in the back.             Finally, consider what it means to be a leader is  with a clean and loving heart. Also, someone who is willing to accomplish his or her best in order to lead and assist those around him or her.
